the staff were amazing!
the room lacked air conditioning, and it was a particularly warm week. a small desk fan offered little relief, so the room felt uncomfortably hot.

lack of air conditioning late-night noise
The staff were kind and helpful at reception. That was a positive.
The room i had was unbelievably hot. There was no air conditioning. a small desk fan provided only a little relief. the windows could be opened, however the bar across the road stayed open late into the night causing much noise.

The location was AMAZING!!! I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to store my luggage upon arrival, permitting exploration before check-in. This service continued on my departure day, ensuring I could enjoy the city without luggage concerns. The staff was nice and helpful.
The room faced the street, causing noticeable noise from a nearby bar. The noise continued until late at night, causing slight disturbance. This is something that should be addressed.

I found the location very nice. it's in the heart of the marais, a perfect spot. it also got quiet at bedtime. I really loved that. everything was great!
the fan wasn't super strong so the room felt a bit warm.

helpful staff superb location great restaurants english speaking
the staff were helpful and friendly. the location is superb, close to some main attractions. i also appreciated the many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. the front desk staff spoke english, this eased communication.
my room lacked air conditioning, i had to keep the windows open.
